Angie Davlyn
Executive Director

Angie Davlyn is the Executive Director of Wildfire Collaborative Roaring Fork Valley, where she leads valley-wide efforts to build wildfire resilience through partnership, science, community engagement, and implementation. Her work focuses on bringing together fire districts, local governments, land managers, nonprofits, HOAs, researchers, and community partners to reduce wildfire risk across boundaries and help communities move from awareness to action.

Angie led the Collaborative’s transition into an independent nonprofit and has secured millions of dollars in wildfire resilience funding for projects across the Roaring Fork Valley. Under her leadership, the organization has advanced major initiatives in community-scale wildfire modeling, forest and vegetation management, evacuation preparedness, post-fire watershed planning, homeowner education, and cross-sector collaboration around wildfire risk, insurance, and community resilience.

Angie holds a BA from the University of Richmond and an MA and PhD from the University of Colorado. With a background in Applied Communication, she brings a deep commitment to the human side of wildfire resilience: how people understand risk, trust information, work together, and take meaningful action before disaster strikes. She is passionate about building partnerships that make wildfire preparedness feel both ambitious and possible, and about helping the Roaring Fork Valley become a national model for community wildfire resilience.
